摘  要:目前检测环境中甲基汞的标准为GB/T 17132-1997,该标准采用巯基纱布和巯基棉二次富集的前处理方法测定水中的甲基汞,该方法中使用的巯基纱布和巯基棉需要用户自行制备,耗时费力,方法稳定性无法得到保证[5]。笔者利用巯基改性硅胶开发了固相萃取小柱Cleanert SH,以固相萃取的方法富集水中的甲基汞,然后用GC-MS检测。该方法操作简便,实验重现性效果良好,比GB/T 17132-1997具有更大的优势。The standard of methyl mercury in the current test environment is GB/T 17132-1997, it was used to measure methyl mercury in the water by the pretreatment method of sulthydryl gauze and sulthydryl cotton. In this method, sulthydryl gauze and sulthydryl cotton requires users to prepare themselves, waste time and energy, method stability can't be guaranteed. The solid phase extraction column was developed by using thiol modified silica gel, the methyl in the water was enriched with SPE, then determination by GC-MS. The method is easy to operate and the experimental results are good, it has a greater advantage than GB/T 17132-1997.
