摘  要:水体中酚类有机污染物属于原生质毒性化合物,而且有些属于环境内分泌干扰物,对生物体危害较大,因此建立一种快速、灵敏、准确的检测手段至关重要。本文综述了近几年水体中酚类有机污染物的测定方法,重点论述了高效液相色谱法和化学发光法的应用,比较了色谱法和化学发光等方法用于分析酚类污染物的优势和各自的局限性,进一步展望了酚类有机污染物测定方法的发展趋势。Phenolic pollutants belong to the protoplasm toxic compounds, and some of phenols are endocrine disrupting chemicals, which is greatly harmful to organisms. Therefore, the establishment of a rapid, simple and sensitive analytical method is urgently important. This review describes recent advances of the determination of the phenolic pollutants in water. Some techniques such as High Performance Liquid Chromatography and Chemiluminiscence were overviewed for their application in the analysis of above mentioned phenolic pollutants. The advantages and limitations of chromatography and chemiluminiscence used for thc determination of phenolic pollutants were summarized. Finally, the trend for the future research in this field was also briefly discussed.
