摘　　要：C_5产品作为精细化工技术发展的重要基础原料,在广东等地需求旺盛,海南炼化利用现有120万吨/年加氢裂化装置工艺设备,通过对脱硫化氢塔、产品分馏塔、轻重石脑油分馏塔、石脑油稳定塔的调整操作,对各影响因素操作数据的分析研究,不断摸索、优化操作,不但成功生产出了C_5产品,而且将其纯度稳定在95%以上,增加了产品效益的同时也增强了市场竞争力。C5 products as an important basic raw materials, fine chemical technology development demand in places such as guangdong, hainan refining using existing 1.2 million tons/year hydrocracking unit process equipment, through the take off hydrogen sulfide tower, product fractionating column in the fractionating column, light and heavy naphtha, naphtha stable adjustment of the tower operation, the analysis of various factors affecting the operating data research, trial and error optimizing operation, not only successfully produced the C5 products, and its stability in more than 95 % purity, increase the product efficiency as well as to enhance the market competitiveness.
