摘  要:本文制备了一种以环氧油酸钙与环氧油酸锌为主要原料的新型PVC热稳定剂。该钙锌复合热稳定剂的最佳配方为:环氧油酸钙:环氧油酸锌∶β-二酮∶环氧大豆油∶受阻酚1010=9∶3∶3∶4∶4。用热老化烘箱法、刚果红法和电导率法将该热稳定剂与国产和进口钙锌热稳定剂比较,研究结果表明,该复合热稳定剂热稳定性高于国产钙锌热稳定剂和进口钙锌热稳定剂的热稳定性,180℃下该钙锌热稳定剂的热稳定时间达到320 min。In this paper, a new type of PVC thermal stabilizer with Calcium oxalate and zinc epoxide was synthesized.The best formulation of the calcium zinc composite heat stabilizer is: epoxy oleic acid calcium, zinc epoxide :β diketone: epoxy-soybean oil : blocked phenol 1010= 9 : 3: 3 :3 : 4. The thermal stabilizer was compared with domestic and imported calcium and zinc heat stabilizer by thermal aging oven method, Congo red method and conductivity method .The results showed that the thermal stability of composite heat stabilizer was higher than domestic calcium zinc stabilizers and imported calcium zinc heat stabilizer, the thermal stability of the calcium zinc stabilizers under 180℃ heat stability time of 320 min.
