摘  要:核电厂清洗放射性玷污的衣物后,会产生大量含较低放射性水平的洗衣废水,该废水是核电厂主要的液态流出物之一。虽然该废水的放射性活度浓度一般远低于排放标准,但其非放射性指标却会在电厂大修期间大幅度上升,再加之水量大,会对周边的水体环境带来一定的影响。因此,本文调研在役电厂,结合洗衣废水的特征,研究针对洗衣废水中难降解的非放射性指标(如阴离子表面活性剂(LAS))的处理技术,从放射性废物管理角度提出处理效果佳、二次废物少的光电氧化处理技术。本文通过静态单因素和多因素试验初步获得处理条件,接着通过动态小试试验验证,并形成能投入工程的样机,实现核电洗衣废水处理的工程应用。A Large amount of low radioactivity laundry wastewater is produced by nuclear power plant after washing contaminated clothes, and becomes one of the major radioactive liquid effluents. Although the activity level is far below the discharge standard, the non-activity discharge compositions will rise during plant overhaul period and affect surrounding environment due to large discharge amount. Considering the plant operational experience, Photoelectro-catalytic Oxidation Technology with high-efficient, less-secondary-waste is recommended to treat the LAS from the aspect of radioactive waste management. A proper processing condition is acquired through static single factor and multiple factor tests, and verified through dynamic test. Finally a prototype is manufactured and is qualified to apply to treat washing wastewater produced from nuclear power plants.
