摘  要:针对某工程橡胶公司生产废水处理工艺缺乏有效预处理,导致废水中难降解有机物不能有效生物降解,出水COD超标的问题,分析了问题原因,通过试验比较了Fenton和臭氧两种预处理工艺的效果和成本,确定了在原有处理工艺流程的基础上,增加臭氧氧化预处理工艺,形成臭氧-生物接触氧化处理工艺的改造方案,经改造后,出水达到GB 27632-2011《橡胶制品工业污染物排放标准》的水质标准。There was no effective pretreatment for the wastewater treatment process of a rubber company. The degradation of refractory organics in wastewater could not be effectively biodegraded, and the effluent COD exceeded the standard. The causes of the problem were analyzed, and the effects and costs of two pretreatment processes, Fenton and ozone, were compared by experiments. On the basis of the original treatment process, the ozone oxidation pretreatment process was added, and then the ozone biological contact oxidation treatment process was constructed. After modification, the effluent quality reaches Emission Standard of Pollutants for Rubber Products Industry (GB 27632-2011 ).
