摘 要:样品以硝酸和双氧水为消解液,通过微波消解消解样品,采用动能歧视消除模式(kinetic energy discrimination,KED)模式和在线引入内标溶液进行检测。检测信号(CPS)与Al和As元素含量之间呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数R2均>0.9987,样品回收率在96.2%~103.0%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5.18%。利用该方法分析了国家标准物质GBW10045中的Al、As金属元素,所得结果与标准值基本一致。该方法具有灵敏快速、定量准确的特点,适用于坚果中Al和As元素的检测分析。Samples were digested with nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide by microwave digestion and were used to detect by the introduction of online internal standard solution and the kinetic energy discrimination model (KED). The detection signal (CPS) showed a good linear relationship between the content of aluminum and arsenic element, the recovery was in the range of 96.2 %-103.0 %, the correlation coefficient R2 was〉0.9987, the relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 5.18%; Analysis result of the national standard material of GBW10045 using this method lbr two metal element is basically consistent with the standard value.The method developed in this study is sensitive and rapid and accurate quantitative analysis. It has application in the analysis and detection of metal element AI and As in nuts.
