刍论大学教学管理的若干思考及其实践——基于多样化人才培养模式

摘　　要：随着高等教育大众化改革的不断深化,多样化的人才培养模式逐渐被提出并对高校教学管理工作产生了一定的影响,促使高校教学管理工作不得不基于多样化人才培养模式的要求进行改革创新,以适应高等教育大众化发展的需求。文章就在简要分析多样化人才培养模式对大学教学管理工作产生影响的基础上,对基于多样化人才培养模式的大学教学管理改革实践进行了适当研究,希望能够为当前大学教学管理工作的优化发展提供良好的支持。With the continuous deepening of the popularization of higher education reform, diversified talent training modes havebeen put forward and havea certain impact on teaching management in colleges and universities, promote the teaching managementin colleges and universities to diversify talent cultivation modes based on the requirements of reform and innovation, in order to adaptto the needs of the development of the popularization of higher education. Based on brief analysis of the impact of diversified modesof talent cultivation on university teaching management, this paper studies the reform practice of university teaching managementbased on the diversified modes of talent cultivation, provides good support to optimize the development of the teaching management ofthe university.
