摘  要:玉米(Zea mays L.)属禾本科玉蜀黍属,是世界第一大粮食作物.本研究以玉米毛状根再生植株为植物材料,通过对盐胁迫下玉米毛状根再生植株SnRK2基因表达量进行半定量PCR分析,探究盐胁迫对玉米毛状根再生植株SnRK2表达的影响.结果发现,不同处理下玉米毛状根再生植株的SnRK2基因表达含量均高于对照,盐胁迫对玉米毛状根再生植株的SnRK2基因表达影响较小,但显著降低对照组玉米SnRK2基因的表达.本研究为后续探究玉米毛状根再生植株的耐盐机制提供理论支持.Maize( Zea mays L.) belongs to Poaceae,genus Zea and is the first staple food crop in the world. In this study,maize regenerative plants from hairy root cultures were the plant materials. Semi-quantitative PCR analysis of SnRK2 gene expression in maize regenerative plants from hairy root cultures under salt stress was carried out to explore the effect of salt stress in expression of SnRK2. The results showed that the expression of SnRK2 gene in maize regenerative plants from hairy root cultures was higher than that in the control under different treatments. Salt stress had little effect on SnRK2 gene expression of maize regenerative plants from hairy root cultures,but significantly decreased the expression of SnRK2 gene in the control group. Our work provided theoretical support for further research on salt tolerance mechanism of maize regenerative plants from hairy root cultures.
