申冬奥背景下冀北区域休闲体育发展的SWOT研究

摘　　要：在2022年京张申冬奥背景下,冀北区域如何趁势而为,推动和扩张休闲体育的发展,是一个大的挑战。本研究采用文献资料和SWOT分析法,对冀北区域发展休闲体育进行了SWOT分析。研究表明冀北区域发展休闲体育的优势在于休闲体育产业发展规划陆续出台、地理位置和环境条件以及专业依托优势,但存在着休闲体育氛围有待提高、休闲体育人才培养匮乏和休闲体育设施不够完善等不足。当前面临着京津冀一体化发展和2022年冬奥会带来的有利时机,需要迎接扩大休闲体育产业集群和冰雪休闲体育项目比较冷门的挑战。In the context of the 2022 Winter Olympics, how to take advantage of the situation in northern Hebei Province to promote and expand the development of leisure sports is a rare historical opportunity. In this study, SWOT analysis was conducted on the development of leisure sports in northern Hebei by literature and SWOT analysis method. The research shows that the advantages of developing leisure sports in the north of Hebei are the leisure sports industry development plans, the geographical location and environmental conditions as well as the dependable professional advantages. However, there are still some problems to be solved, such as the improvement of the leisure sports atmosphere, the shortage of leisure sports talents and the imperfect leisure sports facilities and other issues; now, there are favorable opportunities including the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated development and the 2022 Winter Olympics; and there are challenges to expand the leisure and sports industry clusters and unpopular ice and snow leisure sports.
