摘　　要：观察二甲苯对小白鼠内脏的影响,进而探讨二甲苯对人体的危害作用。选用健康成年昆明种小白鼠20只,雄性,随机数字表法将其分成4组:正常组、一周组、两周组、三周组。在半封闭的空间内加入二甲苯制造有害的外部空气环境,让实验组小鼠在被污染的空气中生活一段时间后,解剖小鼠,观察二甲苯对小白鼠内脏造成的危害。结果表明:一定时间内,二甲苯对小白鼠的肝、肺可造成一定程度上的可逆性损伤,长时间的处在被苯类物品污染的环境中肝脏可出现不可逆性损伤。The effect of xylene on theinternal organs of mice was observed and the effects of xylene on the human body were discussed. 20 healthy adult Kunming male mice were selected and divided into 4 groups： normal group, one-week group, two-week group and three-week group. In the semi enclosed space, xylene was added to create harmful external air environment, so that the mice in the experimental group lived in a polluted air for a period of time. Then the mice were dissected at the same time, and the harm of xylene to the internal organs was observed. Our results showed that xylene had a certain degree of reversible damage to liver and lung in a certain period of time, and irreversible damage was demonstrated in the environment where benzene was contaminated for a long time.
