摘 要:水质氨氮的测定是评估水体被污染程度的依据,是水环境监测的重要指标。在国标法中纳氏试剂分光光度法是测定水质氨氮的常用方法,此法具有操作简单、灵敏度高等特点。本文结合实际工作中遇到的问题,从pH对测定的影响、纳氏试剂对空白的影响、干扰因素对测定的影响几个方面进行了阐述,为今后做好氨氮检测工作提供参考。sThe determination of ammonia-nitrogen is the basis for assessing the degree of pollution of water and also an important index of water environment monitoring. In the national standard method, the nessler’s reagent colorimetric method is a common method for determination of ammonia nitrogen in waste water. This method of operation is simple and the sensitivity is high. The article mainly discusses several infuencing fators for determination of ammonia-nitrogen in waste water, according to the problems encountered in practical work. The infuence of pH, nessler’s reagent and interferencing factors are discussed to provide reference for the determination of ammonia nitrogen.
