摘  要:金属光泽釉制品具有高雅、豪华、金碧辉煌的特殊效果的同时,还具有价格低廉、不氧化、耐腐蚀的性能及特点,在建筑装饰材料中占有一席之地,近年来越来越受到人们的重视。采用钾长石、高岭土、氧化锌、叶腊石、硅灰石和玻璃粉等普通陶瓷原料及氧化铜、二氧化锰、NiO、TiO_2等化工原料制备无铅金属光泽釉。并通过单因素实验调整配方组成如MnO_2、CuO、NiO、TiO_2等含量以及烧成制度和施釉厚度等影响因素来获得效果较佳的金属光泽釉釉面效果。实验结果表明:当CuO 2.5%,MnO_2 12%,NiO1~1.5%、TiO21.5~2%、V_2O_5 0.6%时,制备了呈现金属光泽的釉面。Metallic luster glaze product is not only equipped with elegant, luxurious and magnificent special effects, but also has low price, oxidation, the performance and characteristics of the corrosion resistant, playing a significant part in the building decoration materials. In recent years, it is attracted more and more people's attention. This experiment is based on the existing metallic luster glaze formula and makes a improve, kaolin, zinc oxide, pyrophyllite, wollastonite and glass powder ordinary ceramic raw materials and copper oxide, manganese dioxide, NiO and TiO 2 chemical raw material are used to synthesize lead-free metallic luster glaze. Formula composition such as MnO 2, CuO, NiO, TiO 2 and firing system and glaze thickness et al were adjusted according to the single factor experiment. The experimental results show that: when CuO 2.5% , MnO2 12%,NiO1-1.5%,TiO2 1.5-2%,V2O5 0.6%,metalliclusterglazeisprepared.
