富氧气化半焦的孔隙特性研究

摘  要:本文利用氮气吸附的方法,分析了枣庄烟煤在常压流化床富氧气氛下的气化半焦的比表面积、总孔体积、孔径等参数,研究发现:在富氧气化过程中孔隙结构变得发达,比表面积、总孔体积明显的增大,孔径明显减小,且随着温度的升高,半焦的比表面积,孔隙率也明显的增大,平均孔径明显减小。与空气气化半焦进行对比,结果显示:富氧气化半焦的比表面积和总孔体积都明显的增大。Characters of specific area,total pore volume,aperture etc of Zaozhuang bituminous coal and gasification semicoke derived from air atmosphere in circulate fluidized bed are measured by nitrogen adsorption instrument. The results show that more abundant pores,larger specific area,total pore volume and smaller aperture are formed during air gasification. Specific area,porosity of semi-coke develop richly with temperature increase,average radius of semi-coke evidently decrease with temperature increase. Comparison with semi-coke of oxygen enrichment gasification, specific area and total pore volume of gasification semi-coke increase obviously.
