摘 要:模块化多电平矩阵变换器(MMMC)能实现三相AC-AC的变换,具有模块化及良好的低频特性等优点,可直接用于高压大容量变频调速系统。MMMC主要包括不含支路电感的传统拓扑与包含支路电感的拓扑,不含支路电感的MMMC能减小系统的体积与重量,但调制过程中拓扑连接方式多变且调制过程非常复杂。针对不含支路电感的MMMC进行研究,建立该拓扑的开关函数模型,基于空间矢量调制提出开关次数最优的拓扑连接策略。提出的拓扑连接策略保证了拓扑开关次数最优的同时大大简化了拓扑调制过程。仿真和实验结果验证了提出拓扑连接策略的可行性。Modular multilevel matrix converter(MMMC) can convert three-phase AC system to another three-phase AC system. MMMC has the advantages of modularization and good low frequency characteristics, which can be used for high voltage and large capacity drive systems. MMMC mainly includes the topology without branch inductors and the topology with branch inductors. The topology without branch inductors can reduce the volume and weight of the system, however it has a complex modulation with varied topology connecting methods. This paper studies on the MMMC without branch inductors, builds a switching mathematical model of the topology, and proposes the connecting strategy of the optimal switching times based on space vector pulse width modulation. The proposed strategy ensures the optimum of the switching times, and simplifies the modulation. Simulation and experimental results verify the effects of the connecting strategy.
