含多糖制剂的剂型及其质量标准分析

摘　　要：多糖类药物具有广泛的药理作用,对未来药物的研究具有良好的发展前景,但多糖类药物的质量标准尚不完善,因此本文对卫生部药品标准中药成方制剂、国家中成药标准汇编和中药保护品种库收载的27个含多糖的制剂标准进行统计和分析,为多糖类药物的开发提供质量标准的参考。Polysaccharide drug has extensive pharmacological effects and good development prospects for the future study of drugs,but its quality standard is not perfect. In this paper,27 containing polysaccharide preparation standards have been record in the Ministry of Health of Traditional Chinese Medicine prescription preparation,proprietary Chinese medicine standards of the state assembly and Traditional Chinese Medicine protection repositor,which are analyzed statistically. This review can provide reference of quality standard for the development of polysaccharide drug.
