HPLC法测定六味地黄膏中莫诺苷和马钱苷含量

摘　　要：目的:建立六味地黄膏中莫诺苷及马钱苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用ZORBAX SB-C18柱(4.6mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.3%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱;流速1.0 m L/min;检测波长均为240 nm;柱温为40℃。结果:莫诺苷、马钱苷分别在5.5~87.6μg/m L(r=0.9999),5.4~85.6μg/m L(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好;莫诺苷、马钱苷平均回收率分别为96.7%,91.09%,RSD<2.0%,供试品溶液在24h内稳定性良好,且此法重复性较好。结论:该方法简便准确,可用于六味地黄膏中莫诺苷及马钱苷的含量测定,以控制六味地黄膏质量。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of morroniside and loganin in Liuwei Dihuang Ointment.Method： The assay of morroniside and loganin was performed on a ZORBAX SB-C18 column（4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm） by a new gradient elution program with acetonitrile-0. 3% phosphoric acid solution. The flow rate was 1. 0 m L/min. The detection wavelength of UV was 240 nm and the column temperature was 40℃. Result： For morroniside and loganin,there were good linear relationship in the range of 5. 5 ~ 87. 6 μg/m L（r = 0. 9999） and 5. 4 ~ 85. 6μg/m L（r = 0. 9999）. And the average recovery were 96. 7 % and 91. 09%（RSD≤2. 0%）. The sample solution is stable in 24 hours and its repeatability was also good. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate for determining the content of morroniside and loganin in Liuwei Dihuang Ointment,in order to control the quality of Liuwei Dihuang Ointment.
