以化橘红为原料的中药专利及专利申请人申请现状与分析

摘　　要：目的从专利文献中了解以化橘红作为原料的中药专利及申请人申请现状,为有意进行化橘红药物研发及产品服务的医药人员及相关人员提供参考。方法以"广东省知识产权公共信息综合服务平台"的生物医药行业专利库作为数据库,以专利信息分析法为分析方法,以时间序列法作为统计方法,通过从申请概况、主要申请人、合作申请这3个角度,分析化橘红中药专利及申请人申请现状。结果共计检索到相关专利686件。申请概况方面,以化橘红作为原料制成的中药处于技术成长期;主要申请人方面,申请量最多的申请人为广州王老吉药业股份有限公司,其专利申请战略值得借鉴。作为原产地的茂名市已形成关于化橘红药物研发的产业链;合作申请方面,缺少科研机构、高校与企业的合作。结论与其他中药材相比,化橘红在中药复方制造中使用频率不高;主要申请人在专利战略运用上的意识不够;科研单位、高校的研发能力尚未得到足够的开发。Objective To understand the application situation of TCM patents and applicants for Citri Grandis Exocarpium as crude material from patent literature; To provide references for medical and relevant personnel for development and research and product service of Citri Grandis Exocarpium. Methods Biomedical industry patent library of Guangdong Intellectual Property Public Information Integrated Service Platform was set as database. Taking the method of patent information analysis as the analysis method and the time series method as the statistical method, the application situation of TCM patents and applicants for Citri Grandis Exocarpium was analyzed from the three aspects of application overview, main applicants and cooperation application. Results A total of 686 related patents were retrieved. In terms of application overview, TCM with Citri Grandis Exocarpium as crude material was in the technological growth period; In terms of main applicants, the largest number of applicants for the application was Guangzhou Wong Lo Kat Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and its patent application strategy was worth learning. Maoming, a city of origin of Citri Grandis Exocarpium, formed an industrial chain for the research and development of Citri Grandis Exocarpium; In terms ofcooperation application, there was lack of scientific research institutions, universities and business cooperation. Conclusion Compared with other Chinese materia medica, Citri Grandis Exocarpium shows low using frequency in TCM compounds; The main applicants have not got enough awareness about the application of patent strategy; Research and development capabilities of research institutes and universities have not yet been fully developed.
