摘　　要：文章以高校图书馆社会化服务的大环境为背景和依托,尝试在此基础上开展医学类高校图书馆面向本地区和周边地区医疗卫生读者服务的研究.本文以医学高校图书馆面向校外医疗卫生读者开放服务为基础,通过问卷调查、实地走访、综合分析和调查研究等方式,提出解决提高专业书籍利用率,发挥文献最大价值问题的几点对策,从而开辟图书馆服务工作的新领域,在提高本地医疗服务和科研水平的同时,给其他医学类高校图书馆社会化服务提供借鉴意义。This article set the environment of socialization service of libraries of colleges and universities as background and dependence, and tried to develop a research on service of libraries of medical colleges and universities towards medical readers in local and surrounding areas. It was based on the service of libraries of medical colleges and universities opening to outside campus medical readers, proposed the ways to solve the problems of improving the use of professional books and suggestions about making full use of literature through questionnaires, field visits, comprehensive analysis and investigation, in order to pave new field for service work of libraries, and improve local medical service and research level, at the same time to provide references for socialization service of libraries of other medical colleges and universities.
