摘 要:研制亚硝酸根离子溶液标准物质。以质量平衡法作为定值手段,采用离子色谱法(IC)、电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP–MS)和恒重干燥法等分别对原料中的主成分、无机杂质及水分含量准确定量。以重量–容量法制备值作为标准物质的特性量值。单因素方差分析和线性回归的斜率考察结果表明,该亚硝酸根离子溶液标准物质具有良好的均匀性和稳定性。对整个研制过程引入的各不确定度分量展开评估。研制的亚硝酸根离子溶液标准物质特性量值为10.0μg/m L,相对扩展不确定度为2%(k=2)。该标准物质可为环境污染物中微量亚硝酸根离子的准确检测提供参考标准。The nitrite ion solution reference material was developed. Using the mass–balance method,the contentsof nitrite ion,metal impurities and trace water from raw material were respectively determined by ion chromatography(IC),inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP–MS) and constant weight drying method. The preparation valuefrom weighting–volumetric method was defined as the characteristic value. The single factor analysis of variance and linearregression study revealed that the reference materials were homogeneous and stable,and the uncertainty components inthe whole process of preparation were also evaluated. The mass concentration value of this developed nitrite ion referencematerial was 10.0 μg/mL with the expanded uncertainty of 2%(k=2). This nitrite ion solution reference material canprovide reference standard for monitoring the trace nitrite ion in environmental pollutants.
