大学生创业教育的共青团增权模式

摘　　要：我国大学生创业教育实践经历从点到面、由局部试点到全面铺开的发展历程,并形成较为完整的大学生创业教育体系。大学生创业教育的核心问题是实现大学生增权,关键目标是增进大学生创业知识结构和创业能力。在大学生创业教育中注意对共青团政策优势、组织优势和资源优势的运用,坚持专业理论的指导,从个体增权、集体增权与社会增权三个层面实现共青团个性与增权共性的有机结合,构建共青团融入大学生创业教育的增权模式。The practical experience of college students' entrepreneurship education in our country is from point to surface,from local pilot to comprehensive development process,and forms a relatively complete college student education system.The core problem of college students' entrepreneurial education is to realize the empowerment of college students.The key goal is to enhance the entrepreneurial knowledge structure and entrepreneurial ability of college students.In the entrepreneurial education of college students,we should pay attention to the application of the policy advantage,organizational superiority and resource superiority of the Communist Youth League,adhering to the guidance of professional theory,and realizing the organic combination of individuality and empowerment from the three aspects of individual empowerment,collective empowerment and social empowerment to build the Communist Youth League into the college students entrepreneurship education mode.
