基于主成分分析的云南省高新技术产业高端化研究

摘　　要：云南省"十三五"规划中着重指出,产业结构要迈向中高端,实现产业转型的升级。高新技术产业高端化对云南省产业结构转型升级至关重要。本文基于主成分分析云南省高新技术产业高端化,采用2015年的云南省8个高新技术产业和影响高端化的15个指标进行实证研究,得出以下结论:(1)通过主成分分析得到三个主成分,分别是:高新技术产业的核心竞争力、盈利能力和运营能力;(2)以主成分的方差贡献率为系数建立高新技术产业高端化的评级模型,得到了云南省各高新技术产业的综合得分和排名。最后,对云南省高新技术产业高端化的发展提出政策建议。The ＂13 thFive-Year＂plan of Yunnan Province emphatically pointed out that industrial structure should researched hingh-ed indusrial structureto achieve industrial upgrading. High-end of high-tech industries is crucial to the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure in Yunnan Province. The study was carried out in Yunnan province in 2015,using 8 new high-tech industries and15 indicators of high impact,and getting the following conclusions：（1） three main components are analyzed through principal component analysis： the core competitiveness,profitability and operational capability of the high-tech industry;（2） Based on the coefficient of variance contribution rate of principal components,a high-end model of high-tech industry is established,and the comprehensive score and ranking of the high-tech industries in Yunnan province are obtained. At last,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the development of high-tech industries in Yunnan Province.
