摘　　要：在专业刊物上,有人呼吁高校图书馆应设置阅读推广岗位。2016年已有高校图书馆开始设置阅读推广岗位。对热衷高校阅读推广活动的馆员而言,这是一个难得的实践机遇。设置专门岗位可以给高校图书馆带来基于实践的种种变化,以便更好地履行教育职能。In professional journals, some people called on that university libraries should set up reading popularizing posts. In 2016, some university libraries have already set up reading popularizing posts. It is a rare opportunity for the librarians who are keen on the research and practice of reading popularizing in colleges and universities. It is believed that the establishment of specialized posts can bring about various changes for libraries in university and help libraries to better do their job in education.
