摘　　要：本文介绍一种促进剂DM氮气密闭循环干燥及溶剂回收技术,该技术集干燥、输送及溶剂回收于一体。本技术的关键是将90%的干燥气体不经冷却直接循环利用,将10%的干燥气洗涤进行溶剂回收,同时降低了系统加热公用工程和冷却公用工程的用量,达到了节能降耗的目的。This article introduces a technics which is used to dry 2、 2＇-dibenzothiazoledisulfde and recover the solvent by nitrogen closed circulation system,this technics is combined by drying,transport and solvent recovery.The key of this technics is to recycle the 90% of the dry gas without cooling,and the 10% of the dry gas is cooled for solvent recovery.The amount of heating utility and cooling utility are reduced at the same time.The purpose of energy saving is achieved.
