摘　　要：习近平全面从严治党思想是马克思主义政党特别是执政党管党治党规律的最新理论成果,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。它实现了战略层面的巩固党长期执政地位与完成民族复兴历史使命的有机融合,具有立足新时代中国共产党历史使命的现实高度、凸显新时代中国共产党从严治党的问题导向和把握新时代中国共产党政党建设的内在规律等鲜明的时代特色。全面理解和准确把握习近平全面从严治党思想的时代特色,对于确保我们党永葆旺盛生命力和强大战斗力、实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史使命具有十分重要的意义。As the newest theoretical development on the law of party management for Marxist parties （ particular-ly, ruling parties） ,Xi Jinping thought on comprehensively strengthening party discipline is a basic component of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. It has realized the organic integra-tion of the strategy of consolidating the long - term ruling position of the Party and the historical mission of com-pleting the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and has distinctive characteristics of the times such as the realistic height of basing upon the historical mission of the CPC for the new era, the problem orientation of strengthening party discipline for the new era,grasping the intrinsic law of party building for the new era,and so forth. Com-pletely understanding and correctly grasping the characteristics of the times of Xi Jinping thought on comprehen-sively strengthening party discipline has a very important significance for making sure that our Party will always keep an exuberant vitality and powerful fighting capacity and accomplish the historical mission of the great reju-venation of the Chinese nation.
