摘  要:以黑龙江省野黍种子为研究对象,测定生理生化指标,探讨野黍对烟嘧磺隆抗药性水平及抗性机制。结果表明,黑龙江省不同地区野黍种群对烟嘧磺隆产生不同程度抗药性。不同抗性水平野黍种群抗药机理主要表现在施用烟嘧磺隆后,高抗性野黍种群叶片中保护酶(SOD、POD)、代谢解毒酶(GSH、GST)含量和活性高于中抗性和敏感性野黍种群,对烟嘧磺隆代谢解毒能力强,靶标酶(ALS)活性、叶绿素含量恢复快,正常新陈代谢恢复速度快,因此种群抗性水平较高。研究为野黍防治提供理论依据。The objective of this study was to investigate the resistance level and resistance mechanism of Eriochloa villosa (Thunb.) Kunth. to nicosulfuron. The sensitivity level to nicosulfuron was evaluated by both bioassay and physiological and biochemical assay, which were collected in Heilongjiang Province. The results showed that resistance to nicosulfuron had occurred in Heillongjiang Province. The mechanism of resistance showed that after the application of nicosulfuron, the contents and activities of SOD, POD, GSH and GST in high resistance Eriochloa villosa (Thunb.) Kunth. were higer than others. The high resistance Eriochloa villosa (Thunb.) Kunth has more higher recovery, the contents of ALS and chlorophyll were recovered quicker than others, which resulted in the higher resistance. The results provided theoretical basis for cute the Eriochloa villosa (Thunb.) Kunth.
