摘 要:本文针对混合动力汽车镍氢电池组充放电过程中的发热现象,研究了电池组的生热机理,设计了电池组的散热系统。基于整车边界条件,采用流体动力学方法对电池组散热系统进行模拟仿真分析。试验结果表明,电池组内部最大温差为4℃,保证了电池组内部工作环境温度的一致性,满足了电池组散热系统的设计目标。The heating mechanism of the Ni-MH battery package in the process of charging and discharging used in hybrid electric vehicle is researched, cooling system of the Ni-MH battery package is desiged. Based on the boundary conditions of the vehicle, the model of the cooling is studied by simulation analysis. The results of experiment show the maximum temperature difference is less than 4℃ among the capacitors, which proves the capacitors work substantially well and meets the design objective of cooling system.
