摘  要:以渭河流域甘肃段为实证研究区域,利用INVEST模型和入户调查等方法计算区域新增水源涵养量及土地利用转化成本,考虑生态系统损失风险后,采用福利成本法,在县域尺度上,对渭河流域的生态补偿潜在对象进行空间甄别研究。研究结果表明:渭河流域甘肃段生态补偿效率系数空间差异明显,最高的渭源县为1.26,最低的甘谷县为0.46;采用聚类分析方法将渭河流域划分为优先补偿区、次级优先补偿区、潜在补偿区,以此为根据对研究区进行分批补偿;区域补偿对象进行空间筛选后,项目效率可提高40.54%。To establish the complete spatial targeting mechanism for ecological compensation is very important to improve the efficiency of payments for ecosystem services project, optimize the allocation of resources and fill the gaps in related fields. Taking Weihe River basin of Gansu province as an example, using the INVEST model and household survey to calculate the amount of water conservation and land use conversion cost in this area. Considering the ecosystem loss risk and using the cost-benefit analysis to select the compensation object in space. The research results show that: the spatial difference of the ecological compensation efficiency index of Weihe River basin of Gansu province is obvious, the highest index in Weiyuan County was 1.26 and the lowest one in Gangu County was 0.46; According to the index of compensation efficiency, cluster analysis method is used to divide the study area into the priority compensation area, the sub- priority compensation region and the potential compensation region; The program efficiency of payment for ecosystem services in Weihe River of Gansu Province increased by 40.54% when using the spatial targeting tool.
