摘　　要：目的:探讨垂体后叶素联合酚妥拉明治疗支气管扩张咯血的临床疗效。方法:收治支气管扩张咯血患者45例,随机分为对照组和观察组。两组均采用对症支持治疗,对照组在此基础上加用垂体后叶素,观察组在对照组基础上加用酚妥拉明,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组临床治疗效果和不良反应发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:垂体后叶素联合酚妥拉明治疗支气管扩张咯血的临床疗效显著,安全性高。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of pituitrin combined with phentolamine in the treatment of bronchiectasis hemoptysis.Methods:45 patients with bronchiectasis hemoptysis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Two groups were treated with symptomatic treatment.The control group added wtih pituitrin on the basis of this.The observation group added with phentolamine on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of pituitrin combined with phentolamine in the treatment of bronchiectasis hemoptysis was significant,and the security was high.
