摘　　要：目的:探讨肥胖不同亚型肾功能的变化。方法:选择体检人群4 283例,374例每年随访1次,连续8年,记录一般指标、临床生化指标,比较肥胖不同亚型肾功能的变化。结果:年龄、BMI、收缩压、尿酸是肾脏疾病的危险因素。随访8年后,与MHNW组相比,MUNW组、肥胖MS组发生慢性肾脏疾病的风险增加,OR值5.302。结论:随访8年后不同肥胖亚型肾功能不同。Objective:To investigate the changes of renal function in different subtypes of obesity.Methods:4 283 cases of physical examination were selected.374 cases were followed up 1 time a year for 8 consecutive years.We recorded general indicators,clinical and biochemical indicators,and compared the changes of renal function in different subtypes of obesity.Results:Age,BMI,systolic blood pressure,uric acid were risk factors of kidney disease.After 8 years of follow-up,compared with the MHNW group,the risk of chronic kidney disease was increased in the MUNW group and the obese MS group,and the OR value was 5.302.Conclusion:After 8 years of follow-up,the renal function of different obesity subtypes was different.
