摘　　要：目的:探讨男性输精管绝育术后受术者远期的心身不适。方法:选择参加计划生育节育手术并发症鉴定的已接受男性输精管绝育术的受术者561例,分析其远期心身不适状况、生活状况满意度和就医情况。结果:33例(5.88%)对生活状况不满意,25例(4.46%)有心身不适反应。25例中自己服药和不服药的19例,到卫生或计划生育服务机构就诊6例。结论:男性输精管绝育术后受术者远期的心身情况、生活满意度较好,卫生和计划生育服务机构对男性输精管绝育术后受术者的服务还需要提高。Objective:To explore the long-term psychosomatic discomfort in male after vas deferens.Methods:561 cases with vas deferens and identification of complications of birth control operation were selected.We analyzed the long-term mental psychosomatic discomfort,the satisfaction of living conditions and the medical status.Results:33 cases(5.88%) were dissatisfied with the living conditions;25 cases(4.46%) had psychosomatic discomfort.Of the 25 cases,19 cases were taken medicine themselves or did not take medicine;6 cases were visited for health or family planning services.Conclusion:The patient's long-term mental and physical condition and life satisfaction after vas deferens were better.The health and family planning service institutions should improve their services for male after vas deferens.
