德阳市儿童腹泻病临床流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨德阳市儿童腹泻病的流行病学特征,指导本市儿童腹泻病的防治。方法:收治腹泻病患儿400例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本市儿童腹泻病多发于婴幼儿,冬季明显,感染性腹泻多见,以病毒感染尤其是轮状病毒感染为主,且在不同年龄、不同季节发病的病因不尽相同。结论:加强对本市儿童腹泻病的流行病学认识,为指导疾病科学预防及合理诊治提供依据。Objective:To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of diarrhea in children in Deyang and guide the prevention and treatment of children's diarrhea in this city.Methods:The clinical data of 400 children with diarrhea in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Children's diarrhea in our city is more frequent in infants and young children.It is obvious that infectious diarrhea is common in winter,especially in rotavirus infection,and the etiology is different in different age and season.Conclusion:To strengthen the epidemiological understanding of diarrhea in children,and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and rational treatment of diseases.
