中风偏瘫应用补阳还五汤加味治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨补阳还五汤加味治疗中风偏瘫的效果。方法:收治中风偏瘫患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组仅给予脑康片治疗,观察组在此基础上加用补阳还五汤治疗。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,血肿大小、运动能力、神经功能缺损评分及语言能力各项评估结果也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤治疗中风偏瘫的效果显著,能够明显提高治疗总有效率,缓解患者的临床症状,促进患者基本功能的恢复,且不易引起不良反应。Objective:To explore the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction in treating apoplexy hemiplegia.Methods:80 patients with apoplectic hemiplegia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were only given Naokang tablets,while the observation group were treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The hematoma size,motor function,neurological impairment score and language proficiency were also significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu decoction is effective in treating hemiplegia due to apoplexy.It can significantly improve the total effective rate of treatment,relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the recovery of basic functions of patients,and it is not easy to cause adverse reactions.
