尿液自动分析仪与光学显微镜对尿液常规检查结果的对比观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨尿液常规检查采用尿液自动分析仪和光学显微镜的临床价值。方法:收治患者220例,采集新鲜晨起中段尿(共220份),均接受尿液自动分析仪检测(分析仪组)和光学显微镜检测(镜检组),比较两种检测结果。结果:分析仪组RBC阳性率高于镜检组(P<0.05),WBC阳性率低于镜检组(P<0.05)。结论:在检测尿液常规时,尿液自动分析仪不可完全替代光学显微镜,对每一份尿液标本的检测需将两种方法相结合,得到的检测结果才更加准确、可靠。Objective:To explore the clinical value of urine routine examination by automatic urine analyzer and optical microscope.Methods:A total of 220 fresh morning urine samples from 220 patients were selected.They were all examined by automatic urine analyzer(the analyzer group) and by optical microscopy(the microscopy group).We compared the results of two tests.Results:In the analyzer group,the positive rate of RBC was higher than that of the microscopy group(P<0.05).The positive rate of WBC was lower than that of the microscopy group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The urine automatic analyzer can not completely replace the optical microscope when the urine routine was detected.For each urine specimen detection,we need to combine the two methods,and the detection results were more accurate and reliable.
