摘　　要：目的:探讨上臂外侧骨皮瓣修复手部及前臂复合伤的护理经验,进一步提高护理质量。方法:收治手部及前臂复合伤患者10例,加强术前的心理护理和术前准备及术后的生命体征观察、血管危象的观察等。结果:10例患者中出现血管危象1例,血管危象发生率10.0%,护理人员及时处理后皮瓣成活,其他9例患者无异常发生,10例患者均治愈出院。结论:加强术前的心理护理和术前准备以及术后的生命体征观察、血管危象的观察等是上臂外侧骨皮瓣修复手部及前臂复合伤护理的关键。Objective:To explore the nursing care of hand and forearm composite injuries repaired by lateral arm bone flap,in order to further improve the quality of nursing.Methods:10 patients with hand and forearm composite injuries were selected.We strengthened preoperative psychological care and preoperative preparation and postoperative vital signs observation,vascular crisis observation and so on.Results:In the 10 patients,vascular crisis occurred in 1 case,and the incidence of vascular crisis was 10%.After the timely treatment by nursing staff,the flap was survived,no abnormality occurred in the other 9 patients,and 10 patients were cured and discharged.Conclusion:They were the keys of nursing to strengthen the preoperative psychological care and preoperative preparation and postoperative vital signs observation,vascular crisis observation.
