摘　　要：目的:探讨人工髋关节置换术后护理及功能康复指导的应用效果。方法:收治行人工髋关节置换术患者128例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用术后早期护理及功能康复指导,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组术后髋关节功能优良率和并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:人工髋关节置换术后实施早期护理及功能康复指导可有效提高髋关节功能、减少术后并发症。Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing and functional rehabilitation instruction after artificial hip replacement.Methods:128 patients with artificial hip replacement were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine care.The observation group was given early postoperative care and functional rehabilitation guidance.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the postoperative hip function excellent and good rate and complication rate were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early postoperative nursing and functional rehabilitation instruction can effectively improve hip function and reduce postoperative complications after artificial hip replacement.
