摘　　要：目的:探讨早期康复训练改善人工全髋关节置换术后肢体功能的效果。方法:收治行人工全髋关节置换术患者100例,随机分为对照组和护理组。对照组采用常规骨科护理干预服务,护理组在对照组基础上加用早期康复训练干预,比较两组治疗效果。结果:护理组术后Harris评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复训练改善人工全髋关节置换术后肢体功能的效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of early rehabilitation training on improving limb function after total hip replacement.Methods:100 patients with total hip replacement were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the nursing group.The control group was given routine department of orthopedics nursing intervention service,and the nursing group added with early rehabilitation training intervention on the basis of the control group.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:The postoperative Harris score of the nursing group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of early rehabilitation training on improving limb function after total hip replacement was significant.
