摘 要:江西修水香炉山钨矿含三氧化钨0.60%、铜0.08%,目前主要的选矿产品是白钨精矿和铜精矿。由于原矿含铋0.035%~0.045%,为了提高资源综合利用率,开展了原矿铋赋存状态及综合回收试验研究。现已查明香炉山钨矿中的铋主要以自然铋状态存在,粒度范围为30~50μm。选矿试验对含铋0.036%的原矿,在不改变现有主流程的情况下,采用铜铋等浮—铜与铋硫分离—铋硫分离工艺,获得铋精矿含铋24.86%,回收率37.50%,说明香炉山钨矿中的自然铋可以得到一定程度的回收。本研究结果为矿山铋的综合回收决策提供了技术支撑。The tungsten ore of Xianglushan contains WO3 (0. 60%) and Cu (0. 08% ), currently the scheelite concentrate and copper concentrate are main dressing productions. As the ore contains Bi 0. 035% 0. 045 %, therefore research on occurrence state of bismuth and comprehensive recovery test are carried out in order to improve the comprehensive utilization of resources. It has been found that the bismuth mainly exists in the state of natural bismuth in tungsten ore of Xianglushan, and the particle size range was 30 - 50μm. Then the processe flowsheet of Cu-Bi iso-floctation--Cu-Bi-S separation--Bi-S separation was carried out aiming at the raw ore containing Bi 0. 036%, and the bismuth with the grade of 24.86%, and with the recovery of 37.50% was obtained. The results show the natural bismuth of tungsten ore of Xianglushan can be recovered to some extent. The study can provide technical support for the comprehensive recovery of bismuth.
