摘 要:国外某铜钼矿含铜0.50%,含钼0.013%,含锌0.22%。冶炼厂对铜精矿含锌要求较高,不能超过4.5%。对该矿石进行了详细的降锌试验研究,通过粗选去活化,精选加强抑制,可以获得含锌符合要求的铜钼混合精矿。铜钼混合精矿中含铜26.31%,铜回收率83.67%,含钼0.41%,钼回收率50.25%,含锌3.93%。A copper-molybdenum ore abroad contains Cu 0. 50%, Mo 0. 013% and Zn 0. 22%. The Zn content in copper concentrate is required under 4.5% strictly by the smelting plant. Detailed laboratory tests have been done on sphalerite depressing. A copper-molybdenum bulk concentrate which meets the smelting plant requirements was obtained by the way of deactivating in roughing--strengthen depressing in cleaning. The test result is as following: Cu-Mo bulk concentrate containing Cu 26.31% with recovery 83.67% , Mo 0. 41% with recovery 50. 25%, the Zn content is 3.93%.
