摘  要:南京栖霞山铅锌矿针对铅锌硫浮选存在的含硫碳高影响指标和浮选控制以及设备老化等问题。通过试验研究,成功将浮选柱应用于铅锌硫的快速选别,不仅使铅、锌、硫、银回收率分别提高了1.15、2.28、2.35、1.11个百分点,解决了同种矿物不同可浮性的问题,而且还解决了高硫多碳铅锌硫浮选容易满溢的问题,改善了浮选作业环境;新工艺减少了29台浮选机,节能降耗效果显著;节省了厂房占用,为公司发展提供了空间。高浓度柱机联合浮选铅锌硫新工艺在南京栖霞山铅锌矿的率先成功应用,经济与环境社会效益显著,值得推广。Aiming at the impact of high content of sulfur and carbon on the index, flotation control and equipments aging, and through experimental study, the lead zinc sulfide ore in QixiashanNanjing province successfully applies the column - machine combination flotation on the rapid separation of lead, zinc and sulfur, and lead, zinc, sulfur, silver recovery rate have been increased by 1. 15,2. 28,2. 35, 1. 11 percentage points. The problem of different floatability of the same mineral is solved, and it also solves the overflowing problem during the flotation, and the flotation operation environment is improved. The new process reduces 29 flotation machines, and has a remarkable effect of energy saving, consumption reducing and plant occupancy saving and provides space for company development. The first successful application of the new technology of high concentration column combined flotation of lead and zinc in Qixiashan Nanjing lead zinc mine has significant economic and social benefits, which is worthy of promotion.
