摘 要:根据振动破碎机空载工况下的工作特性,基于虚拟样机技术对振动破碎机在简化的负载工况下的同步稳定工作特性进行仿真研究。运用修正后的经验公式、模糊随机理论及冲击破碎理论对工作机构施加动态载荷,根据两侧载荷的动态差异分析研究负载下机体的同步稳定工作特性,得到机体的同步稳定性能受到两侧载荷差异性的影响较大,主要表现在水平方向振动和工作机构同步性能上。对改进设备关键参数和提高设备稳定性具有较重要的参考意义。The working characteristics of synchronization and stability under simplified load are studied based on virtual prototyping technology, according to the study on the no-load working characteristics of vibration crusher. The dynamic load is imposed on the jaws by using modified empirical formula, fuzzy random theory and impact crushing theory. The working characteristics of synchronization and stability under load are analyzed by means of the difference of dynamic load. The synchronization and stability of the body are greatly affected by the difference between load on both sides, which is mainly manifested in the horizontal vibration and the synchronous performance of the jaws. As a result, the study has an important reference value to improve key parameters and stability of the equipment.
