摘　　要：农村一二三产业融合发展是实施乡村振兴战略和推进农业供给侧结构性改革的重要途径,对于推动农村农业现代化具有十分重要的意义。中国农村一二三产业融合还处于起步阶段,其融合组织模式创新应放在城乡一体化发展的大背景下,注重城乡各种生产要素的互动,注重各类农业经营主体的融合发展。江苏等地探索建立的田园综合体是在一定的地理界限和区域范围内,通过聚集现代生产要素,将现代农业生产空间、居民生活空间、游客游憩空间、生态涵养发展空间等功能进行组合,形成一个多功能、高效率的现代农业综合产业园,符合现代农业和农村一二三产业融合发展的要求,是未来农村一二三产业融合组织方式发展的方向。The innovation process of industry convergence in rural areas is analyzed from three dimensions in this study:vertical,horizontal and development of agricultural producer services,and the theory of innovation diffusion and industrial economics are integrated.This paper argues that the rural industry vertical innovation fusion organization mode is achieved by extending the agricultural industry chain,among all kinds of agricultural business entities through commodity contract and contract form elements of profit mechanism,improve the economic efficiency of the whole industry chain and enhance the value chain;horizontal innovation through multi functional expansion of agriculture,mining and play the social,ecological and cultural value of agriculture and rural areas more,realize agricultural and rural space development;the innovation of agricultural production service industry is the guide to cultivate various types of intermediary organizations provide a series of services for agricultural production,agricultural products processing,and improve the agricultural social service system to provide "lubricant for accelerating the integration of rural industry".At present,Chinese fusion is still in the initial stage of the rural industry,the integration of organization innovation should be put in the background of the integration of urban and rural development,focusing on the interaction of urban and rural production factors,pay attention to the integration of various types of agricultural management development.Jiangsu Province and other places to explore the pastoral complex is established in a certain geographical boundaries and within the region,through the aggregation of modern production factors,modern agricultural production space,residents living space,tourist recreation space,ecological conservation development space and other functions are combined,integrated modern agriculture industrial park to form a multi function,high efficiency,in line with the development the integration of modern agriculture and rural
