摘  要:师生互动是构建高校思政课和谐师生关系的重要前提和基础。符号互动理论强调符号和意义在互动中的重要作用,为构建高校思政课和谐师生关系提供了新的研究视角。高校思政课师生之间通过文字、语言、手势、表情等符号来表达情感、思想、价值观、信仰等,以引起师生间的心灵共鸣。其中,角色是高校思政课和谐师生关系生成的核心变量,情境是高校思政课和谐师生关系生成的基本场域。通过准确的角色定位、创设情境、及时反馈等措施,教师的马克思主义理论教育、立德树人教育与学生的接受教育、自我完善教育实现了有效对接,从而在互动中促进师生共同进步、教学相长。Interaction between teachers and students is an important premise and basic for the constructing harmonious teacher-student relationship of ideological and political course in higher education.Symbolic interaction emphasizes the important role of sign and meaning in interaction,provides a new perspective of research for constructing harmonious teacher-student relationship of ideological and political course in higher education.Teachers and students of ideological and political course in higher education express emotions,ideas,values,beliefs and so on through words,language,gestures,expressions and other symbols,for causing the spiritual resonance between teachers and students,and role is the core variable of harmonious relationship between teachers and students in Ideological and Political Course,situation is the basic field of harmonious relationship between teachers and students in Ideological and Political Course.Through the accurate role,creating situations,timely feedback and other measures,the teacher of Marx's theory of education to accept education and self-perfection education to achieve effective docking,so as to promote the common progress of students and teachers,Teaching benefits teachers as well as students.It includes completing teacher's education of Marxism,self-improvement education,promoting common progress between teachers and students and teaching and learning by interaction.
