摘　　要：随着地方普通本科高校应用型转变的不断推进,教学管理的改革不仅重要且迫切。地方高校的教学管理改革应当围绕教学工作而展开,密切地与教育教学改革结合起来,共同聚焦在人才培养质量的保障和提升上。首先,要发挥二级学院教学管理改革中的主体作用,继续深化校院两级教学管理体制构建和改革。其次,要发挥教师在教育教学改革中的主体作用,为教育教学的应用型改革实践提供积极正确的导向和及时有效的反馈。最后,要发挥学生在教学活动中的主体作用,进一步适应学生有效学习的发展趋势,从而更好地实现人才培养质量的提高。With the constant advance of application transformation of the local colleges and universities,the reform of the teaching management is not onlyimportant but alsourgent.The reform of teaching management in local universities should be carried out around the teaching work and closely integrated with the reform of education and teaching,focusing on the guarantee and promotion of the quality of personnel training.First of all,we should give full play to the main role of the reform of teaching management in the secondary colleges,and further deepen the construction and reform of the teaching management system between universities andsecondary colleges.Secondly,we should give full play to the main role of teachers in the reform of teaching in order to provide positive and correct guidance and timely and effective feedback for the application reform of teaching.At last,we should give full play to the main role of students in education activities,and further adapt to the development trend of students' effective learning so as to better realize the quality of personnel training.
