摘  要:元明清时期中外饮食文化交流不断加剧,形成特色饮食文化交流形式。对古代中外饮食文化交流溯源进行了梳理,探索了元明清时期中外饮食文化交流特色,并提出元明清时期中外饮食文化交流的现代价值,即丰富了中外双方的饮食种类,形成了饮食文化交流特色,调整双方的饮食结构,建立了更加科学的饮食营养标准,推动了两地经济的快速发展。The exchange of food culture between China and foreign countries became more and more intense in the period of the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, forming a special form of food culture exchange. This article summaries the origin of the food cultural exchange between China and foreign countries in the ancient times, explores the characteristics of the food culture exchange between China and foreign countries during the period of the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, and puts forward the modern value of this cultural exchange, including enriching the food types, forming the characteristics of food culture exchange,adjusting the dietary structure, establishing a more scientific diet and nutrition standard and promoting the rapid economic development of China and foreign countries.
