摘　　要：壮游是我国自古存在的一种旅游形式,通过壮游能增强人生阅历,陶冶情操,也可以从中获得人文地理知识。很多古人在壮游过程中创作了许多优秀的作品,为我国文学、史学、地理学等学科留下了宝贵的财富,也留下了非常宝贵的壮游精神,意义非常深远。由于理论体系不完善,目前国内并没有对壮游这一活动系统的阐述和研究,因此,有必要对中国历史上壮游的产生、发展进行梳理,进一步了解古人的旅游形式,发掘古人物质和精神的变动。As a form of tourism since time immemorial, grand tour can not only enhance our experience and cultivate our minds, but also help us obtain knowledge. A lot of excellent works have been created in grand tour, which are valuable assets for our country's literature, history, geography and other subjects. Moreover, the precious spirit of grand tour itself is quiet profound. Due to the lack of adequate theoretical system, there is a big blank in the systematic illustration and research on grand tour in China. Therefore, it's necessary to sort out the appearance and development of grand tour in Chinese history, then make a further understanding of ancient tourism forms, exploring the ancients' changes in materials and spirits.
