对经济全球化的几点思考

摘　　要：经济全球化进程不是零和对策 ,它是资本统治和经济剥削这一历史运动的现代表达方式。全球化的经济需要全球化的调节 ,需要建立全球治理体系 ;市场化进程是一个关于政府职能不断创新的过程。公正合理和完善有效的世界政治经济秩序是一国外部环境 ,而健全的经济管理运行机制和相当的综合国力是其内在因素 ,二者是一个国家融入全球化进程的必要的条件。Economic globalization is not a 'zero' countermeasure but a modern expression of the historical movement of capitalist domination and economic exploitation. A globalized economy requires globalized adjustment, i.e., to establish a globalized administration system, and the marketing process is also the constant renewal of government function. A just and sound world economic order is the external environment for a nation, while a healthy economic administration operation system and strong national power are its internal conditions, both of which are prerequisites for a nation's entering into the globalized economy.
