摘　　要：从2008年金融海啸开始，全球经济就面临逆全球化浪潮的冲击。在许多西方发达国家，经济全球化的受损者正在掀起一场震惊世界的政治反扑，反主流政治精英的浪潮在许多西方国家不约而同地掀起一场场政治风暴。以美国为首的西方国家，为响应国内政治压力与解决社会矛盾，不断采取片面保护措施来削弱自由贸易体系，甚至逐步拆解现有的区域与全球经济一体化架构。With the rise of non-Western emerging market countries represented by China, they play an increasingly important role in globalization and global governance. Some commentators think that the world is in a new process of "new globalization" or even "Chinese-style globalization". How to understand and explain the historical logic of globalization, the law of development, future trends and directions scientifically? How to understand and explain the so-called "Against Globalization" trend scientifically? How to confront the challenges and grasp historic opportunities with an open, inclusive and confident mentality? The answers to these questions will have a profound impact on China's further reform and opening up.
