摘  要:在标准养护条件下,采用正交试验方法,研究了砂、减水剂、水、矿物粉末、钢纤维等材料对活性粉末混凝土材料(RPC)基本力学性能的影响。结果表明:砂胶比掺量宜控制在1.0~1.1;高效减水剂掺量控制在1.5%~2%时,对RPC的流动度有明显影响;水胶比宜控制在0.18~0.2;砂胶比掺量应控制在0.14~0.18;钢纤维掺量不超过1.6%(体积比)。试验最终获得抗压强度130MPa、抗折强度52.9MPa的RPC,并着重研究了RPC的抗冻融、硫酸盐侵蚀等耐久性能。结果表明,RPC具有良好的抗冻融和硫酸钠侵蚀性能。并通过电镜扫描研究了RPC的孔体结构。研究结果表明,RPC具有致密的微观结构,这为其超高强度和高耐久性提供了依据。The effects of sand,water reducing agent,water,mineral powder and steel fiber on the mechanical properties of reactive powder concrete( RPC) were studied by orthogonal test under the condition of standard curing. The results show that the ratio of sand and cement content should be controlled between 1. 0 ~ 1. 1; when adding amount of water reducing agent is controlled within 1. 5% ~ 2%,the RPC fluidity is obviously affected; water cement ratio should be controlled between 0. 18 ~ 0. 2; and ratio of sand and cement content should be controlled within 0. 14 ~ 0. 18; steel fiber content is not more than 1. 6%( volume ratio). Finally,the RPC with compressive strength of 130 MPa and flexural strength of52. 9 MPa was obtained,and the durability of RPC such as freeze-thaw resistance and sulfate attack resistance was mainly studied. The results show that RPC has good freeze-thaw resistance and sodium sulfate erosion resistance. The pore structure of RPC was investigated by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that RPC has dense microstructure,which provides the basis for its super-high strength and high durability.
