摘　　要：目前临床微生物学检验面临已知病原不断变异和“新病原”不断出现的巨大挑战。针对当前临床微生物检验所存在的问题及国内外微生物参考实验室的建设现状，本文就临床微生物参考实验室的定位和职责，以及如何建设等进行了初步的探讨。The perpetual challenge was found for the diagnosis of newly emerging infectious diseases and reemerging infectious diseases. At present, reference laboratories for clinical microbiology were urgently demanded to deal with the challenge in China. Therefore, some suggestions for constructing reference laboratories were put forward in this paper, which may provide guidance for the future design of building comprehensive clinical microbiology laboratory.
